It’s a new year and I’m feeling GOOD. I plan to stick to my health and wellness goals for 2022 and get in the best shape of my life at 56 (mentally and physically) with Thorne. Since I live in Southern California, I’m able to spend time outside daily. My goal is to walk 10,000 steps a day or to take an online class that incorporates cardio and body strengthening for an hour a day! Other ideas include the treadmill, Peloton or The Mirror to make sure you get in some daily exercise, even if it’s only 20 minutes.

5. Eat Fresh, Unprocessed Foods
What you put inside your body is what you get out of your body. Foods should be organic and fresh. Buy as much as you can from your local farmers’ market, if you have that option available to you. Meat should be grass-fed, fish should be wild-caught, not farmed.
