Being a native New Yorker, I’ve developed a palette for good food over the years. As I continue to look for ways to improve my overall wellness, I found some incredible healthy replacements for some of the basic foods and treats I love most.
I’m mindful of what I put in my body by focusing on GOOD, clean ingredients. Consuming delicious, healthy food is easier than ever now thanks to the variety of options available both in stores and online. I love discovering brands that offer cleaner versions of my fave foods, and will not sacrifice the taste.

One of the best-tasting dark chocolates I have tried, this brand offers tons of variations. I love that this chocolate brand is organic, vegan, gluten-free, non-GMO, and fair trade. I eat one square to satisfy my sweet tooth after each meal.
