3. Exercise - Include both cardio and strength training. It's important to move your body daily. I try to walk 10,000 steps a day and get them in any way I can—even if it means walking around my living room in circles while on calls or answering texts and emails. I get in my strength training by practicing Pilates and Yoga.
4. Eat protein at every meal – I like to eat eggs for breakfast (when not intermittent fasting), a mixed green salad with tuna or chicken breast for lunch, and switch from a variety of grass-fed meats and fish for dinner.
5. Drink green tea or coffee - Caffeine can help temporarily boost metabolism. Drinking green tea also promotes fat burning.
6. Get a good night’s sleep – Getting sufficient, high-quality sleep supports metabolic health. It also plays an important role in helping your body maintain its optimal metabolic rate, making it easier to lose (or stay the same) weight.
