Since Memorial Day weekend marks the start of summer, I thought I would post my favorite boho-chic summer dress by Poupette St. Barth that doubles as a beach cover-up. It's also great to wear to a pool party or casual summer lunch. New Must-Have Concealer by Nars

One of my biggest make-up challenges each day is covering up my dark under-eye circles.
